Fine Food, Fine Wine and Fine Friends!
La Chaine des Rotisseurs revived in Paris in 1950 is an international gastronomic society devoted to promoting fine dining and the pleasures of the table. The Chaine (pronounced shen) unites both professional and amateur gastronomes in a private, not-for-profit society that is committed to promoting the culinary arts and enology through examples and education. The Confrerie also encourages the development of young professionals by awarding scholarships and sponsoring competitions. The Chaine fosters friendships among members around the world in over 80 countries, and local members may share in other chapters' activities on a Regional, National, or International level. In the U.S., there are approximately 6,000 members in almost 125 Bailliages across the country. Membership is by invitation. We welcome new members & guests to our diverse functions.
